Sexy sexings after each failed attempt would be awesome beyond words.
Like Russia watching them try to seduce *his* Germany and then interrupting and dragging him back to the hotel to have hot, possessive, 'you're mine' sex and Germany is all "What is going on? Why is everyone being so friendly all of a sudden? Russia why are you scowling like that?" which eventually just becomes "Russi~ahhhh!" His obliviousness is so adorable, and Russia knows it.
It would be hilarious if someone tries to woo him with, like, a nice gift and Germany is all "This is very nice but where did you get the money for it, you are in debt and keep asking for loans..." and launching into a big lecture about economics and fiscal responsibility and not overspending and thereby increasing budget deficits. I see this happening to Spain, vividly, what with all of his talk of loans, or maybe America.

Said nation turned around, mildly surprised. “Russia,” Germany greeted neutrally, holding a provided blue lunch tray in his hands.
“I want to talk about some things,” Russia explained lightly, a vaguely menacing aura permeating the air around him, “and this place is too…loud.”
That was probably either code for Russia was about to fuck him silly or the taller nation had spontaneously developed an interest in discussing the welfare of other countries over the short lunch break in the middle of the meetings. Germany was willing to bet it was the former.
And damn him, but Germany still acquiesced. “Fine,” Germany responded, flickering his eyes around the cafeteria cautiously. They usually were only this close behind locked doors or when they both had a vested interest in the same thing, and that hadn’t been in a while (unless one counted the pipeline they were constructing). Germany’s heart had been beating wildly, like some idiotic schoolboy with his first crush. It just went to show that one can live a thousand years and through countless wars but still manage to learn absolutely nothing. Yet at Russia’s quiet gesture, a feeling of serenity settled over Germany. The first gift Russia had ever given Germany was a bottle of vodka. Germany had just met the imposing Russian Empire with Prussia by his side, and Prussia, with a strained smile, had introduced them. Germany had awkwardly bowed with a white, gloved hand placed over his heart, the ceremonial sword at his hip digging into his side. Russia had simply given him an eerie smile before walking away.
How far they had come since then, Germany mused, watching Russia fish England’s card key out of his pocket and try, unsuccessfully, to jam it into the card reader before almost snapping it. Russia stared at the key for a few seconds, furrowing his brow. If he wasn’t a looming six-foot, threatening man, Germany would’ve dubbed the scene as cute. “Give it to me,” Germany sighed, fondly exasperated, and extended his arm out to take the offending object

“Awesome! Thanks, man!” America sprinted off, undoubtedly going to buy a case full of the stuff.
If Russia was the type of nation to smirk, he would have. Actually, the one time Russia had made the mistake of purchasing Belgian beer, Germany had hauled him to the liquor store and had a three-hour lecture on the superiority of German alcohol.
That would teach the American to never play with Russia’s toys.
“Oh, one more thing, dude!” In his smugness, Russia hadn’t noticed America’s reappearance.
Russia nodded tersely as a signal for America to go on.
“Do you know if Germany likes plants? I mean, I think he does, since I heard from France who heard from Prussia that Germany was a sap…”
“Germany likes roses.” He was actually scarred by them ever since he had proposed to Italy all those years ago (Russia had wrangled the truth out of Germany a couple of years back). “He also enjoys sunflowers.” That would serve as a good reminder to Germany just whose partner he was.

I love your characterization so much, though Germany MUST catch on some time soon - he might be emotionally stunted, but he really isn't blind...

Russia is really scary! Germany is cute here, more vulnerable than we're used to seeing him. America is adorable, poor guy, he's the worst luck, asking Russia of all peopleXD (also, his thoughts about his "very special friendship" with him made me lol). England here at the end was hilarious, but I have to admit that my favourite thing in the entire chapter was Austria. Fuck, that man is classy and awesomeXD
