Warning: This fic will probably be a mixture of light and, uh, weird. I’m not writing the whole war, just bits and pieces, thank goodness. And the fic will, at times, portray native Americans as adversaries, but I will attempt to be historically accurate and fair, because I believe the Europeans and Americans pretty much screwed them.
War and Things Like It, Part 1/?
June, 1756England had come back. Boys were running through the streets of New York, whooping and hollering that white sails had been spotted, Milord Generals had come! Girls followed the boys in twos and threes, giggling and waving their hand-sewed Ensigns and chattering excitedly about the impending arrival of so many young men in red coats

War and Things Like It, Part 17/18England kissed him, just a whisper of lips at first until he canted America’s ass and could maneuver his face even closer, close enough to lick inside his lips, and America felt drowned in sensation; he was filled with England everywhere and his cock ground between their slick bodies. He felt more than he’d ever imagined possible, when he’d dreamed of England touching him

War and Things Like It, Part 18/18
England was a soldier and had learned to dress quickly. He was already wearing his breeches, shirt and waistcoat. He smiled as he fastened his neck-stock. “Expect that when I return, I will bring orders with me from Parliament for the governors to implement. I do hope I will have your support for this.”
Good presents and icky presents. America suppressed a laugh. There was no way. “Perhaps I could sell my uniform? Now the war’s over, I don’t really need it

Wow, that was so sexy! This England is like sex on legs, man, and I really liked the constant references to America's youth and fast recovery. It's amazing that you made it this hot and sweet, but there's still the feeling this is between unequals. Thank you so much for this!

You know, this is the third or fourth time I've read this fill, and I just realized I never commented. Shame on me! Anyway, author!anon, this is fabulous. One of my favorite fills on this meme, honestly. Your America is great, but your England just wins in for me. His characterisation is absolutely lovely. And of course, the sex is HOT. Not just because it's sexy, but because there's so much emotion behind it! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I do appreciate this fill. :)

Oh sweet Lord, this is delicious. Really, truly, unobjectionable delicious. The pacing is perfect, the setting is wonderful, the history is a amazing and the characterization! Oh, the characterization!
Your America is perfect: he's IC, he's young and naive but not stupid, he's very much a teenager fill with want and needs and unsure of what he has to do with those wants and need.
England is gorgeous. He's my favourite characters so I'm always happy when authors are good to him. And you, my dear, were wonderful to him. He feels so right, commanding but tender. You can't forget he's the freaking British Empire but you also see his most gentle side.

...you'll have to wait to redeem them, though. I'll be in my bunk.
