I would LOVE if someone made a fic on intersexed (hermaphrodite is apparently the more offensive term) America. My Internetz for whoever makes his partner Russia (since I did put any). Especially if you throw a jealous coughEnglandcough other nation into the mix who may or may not know about his condition already. . . My head canon for this is since their nations both parts will be more well developed then a humans.
Bonus- If its Au then its college AU.
Russia (or the who ever the other person is) dead set on proving (perhaps to others perhaps to himself) that America’s a girl and treating him a bit differently (like trying to be the gentleman and America gets flustered thinking it’s a come on?) while doing this or with him wondering if America has a twin sister poor Canada XD. …mpreg… especially if age difference and economical ones are shown too
Just one thing: please no China, Japan, Baltics, or Korea as main(there can be more than one couple if you want like a …support group or something) intersex pairing...sorry!

The biopsy happened a few hours later and as the family waited for the results they were silent not knowing what had been the cause of Nataliya’s problem. When the doctor who had originally seen her came into the room the three women were completely silent. And that is when they found out the news, that that lump had not been just a lump, and that it had been one of two testis, that would have to be surgically removed. There was pure confusion on her face. She was a girl, and as face as she knew from health class only men had testicles, and that sort of thing. “How is that possible?” The doctor did his best to find a facial expression that was appropriate for the situation settling on a serious one though he did try to look kind hearted at the same time. He said that it looked as if she had something he called Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, saying that while she looked as if she were female on the outside, she did in fact actually have and X and Y chromosome.
