When Arthur was young, before he met America, he had this huge crush on France. (They eventually ended up together..)

But then, after he meets America and America kind of grows (Like, teenager/young adult-ish) he falls in love with him and his feelings for France are, well, changing.

I wanna see what will England do. Will he tell France? Will he leave him? Will he talk to America? Etcetera etcetera
