England loses a bet with France and has to pay a forfeit. France decides to handcuff him to America for three days and three nights at Americas house. England is forced to just wear his little waiter outfit whilst America is in a pair of chaps and very tight, very small boxer briefs that leave very little to the imagination. Nothing else. America seems more than pleased with the current situation. Smut and sexy times eventually end up following with England topping. A relationship between the two is not established.
