Outside it was dull and grey, the din of jeeps and equipment and surrendering troops playing like an eternal loop of white noise, incessant and not quite yet irritating. That was the sound of victory to the Allies. Their boots clicked smartly against the gravel, in tandem, almost drowned out by the rumble of engines, and it sounded like a mere hundred soldiers marching instead of 300,000. Their faces were grave, sombre, caked with blood and festering wounds, the aftermath of Berlin. When their eyes met, the dull throb of exhaustion and worry resonated in their bones, fatigue and hopelessness like a bitter elixir that would save and kill them both

The American paratrooper who had accompanied him grabbed Germany by the shoulder and hoisted him up to stand. He looked like he’d been on the receiving end of a very brutal beating. Still a little weak, it took him a minute to refocus his attention but the sight of the Allies made him glare and shove away the soldier, standing on his own, intending to wait at attention but the injuries he had sustained prevented him from even straightening his back. He coughed, grabbing a bloodied side with a hand

Ahhh I have shivers about this fill already! Thank you for giving this a shot Author!anon, I'm interested to see how you approach the subject, especially considering your starting point.
Ouch! Poor Germany D: And Prussia so stiff and proud in the face of defeat.
OP loves multiple fills (like any OP on the kink meme I think, lol) so yes, if you are out there possible filler who offered first, please don't be deterred to post your fic too.

Thank you very much, I looking forward to continue. Only the RUSSIAN army didn’t get Berlin in 1945. SOVIET army did it - that is, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Kazakhs, Georgians, etc., or the 1 Ukrainian and a 1 Belorussian Fronts. Did Ukraine and Belarus rape Prussia too?

OP here, just wanting to acknowledge that you make a good point. I was a little thoughtless with my wording in the original request (naming originally as the Soviet Union occupation but then going right to 'Russian' for the rest). It was men of different nationalities who took part in the rapes under the name Soviet Union, rather than just Russian. So I apologise for that simplification.
If Author!anon wants to bring others like Belarus and Ukraine into it in some way I have no objection. Also the request was partly inspired from 'A Woman in Berlin' which mostly revolves around a German woman and Russian soldier.

Well, we're already used to this. All the achievements of the Soviet Union and its assets are divided into all the countries of the former USSR, and all the crimes is imputed to the Russian. But honestly, most people in the former Soviet Union do not believe in the mass rapes, believing these stories are Nazi’s or USA’s propaganda and slander against our ancestors. This war affected everyone in USSR, and every family had lost at least one relative.

*nodnod* That's why I asked that authors not portray one side as wholly evil over the other. Both did terrible things, both suffered from the other, violence begets violence, atrocity sparks more in revenge, an eye for an eye etc. I very much dislike portrayals where one side is presented complately unfairly to the other, there's always two sides to a story.

My thoughts exactly. The saddest thing is that these double standards in regard to Russians are not even considered as something disgraceful.

Russia chuckled softly, tittering in amusement, as though the brothers - brother and sister now - were a great side show to accompany the Allied victory. He walked closer to her, eyes wandering along the lines and curves of her body that were hidden under her thick uniform. It was impossible to imagine a girlish figure underneath the boots and the jacket. Even Prussia’s face was rough and hardened and masculine, even if he - she - did have some rather delicate Germanic features, like the dainty curve of her chin and her lovely straight nose. The more he looked, the more becoming she seemed

A cold stare induced France and America to release Prussia and she immediately wrapped her jacket around her. He walked out of the room and, hesitantly, Prussia followed after him without a final uneasy glance to Germany. He was still scowling, angry at her for all he was worth, and that strengthened her conviction. She walked upright, inhaled slowly and disappeared out the door.
Whoops. Slightly went over the character limit. Anyway, the stage is set and so it begins.
Wow, OP didn't expect Germany and Prussia to be so vicious to each other, the fact that Prussia's gender was actually a secret till now was a surprise too. Then again, considering the situation they're in it makes sense they'd try to lay blame and argue.
Well... Russia is certainly... erm... direct about things.
The history behind this is vaguely complicated in the verse. There are only 3 nations that know Prussia is female - France, Spain and Germany, the former two having agreed to a secret treaty to keep it quiet over the course of the wars of Austrian succession, and Germany because she raised him. She has a pretty overbearing attitude and was created for war, so she found it in her favour to keep her gender secret, even if that didn't matter to nations like Hungary. Chalk it up to early chauvinism and her Teutonic origins. She's very protective of Germany, even if it never seems the case, and it's pretty obvious from the fact that she accepted the dissolution of the Prussian state and helped fight both his wars even though it was exactly everything she didn't want to do. There was another fill I read on the meme ages ago about how Prussia was losing his power to a gradually stiff and idealogical Germany without realising and finds he has to accept the fact, partially because he cannot avert it without bloodshed and mainly because he

I'm a little jarred because while Allied occupation of Germany began in 1945, the division between FRG and GDR wasn't until 1949 - but I suppose that's nitpicking. On the whole, this is really excellent writing; I'm pleasantly surprised to see a subject such as rape led up to with such a serious historical hand. Hopefully that's a good sign. That this is fic where Russia raping someone is the point, and yet it doesn't reek of rapetruck, is a great and rare feat. I can only hope that distinction continues - your Russia is just the right mix of innocent and disturbed for this to be believable.
