In an attempt to flee from a flirtatious France, Arthur literally runs into Alfred and is then horrified when Alfred tells the other Nations that he is his sweetheart - and even more astonished when he begins to like the very idea of it! Alfred is being very convincing with an arm around his shoulders here, a tender kiss on the cheek there - which leads Arthur to question whether or not Alfred is simply acting.
