Russia, Canada, America AU- Russia Raises the N.A. Twins

Since the Native Americans came over (land bridge across the Bering Strait!) from the general area of where Russia is now, what would have happened, if instead of just letting his people go there, Russia had himself stayed and raised the brothers? I'd like to see both Russia dealing with them as small children, and their relationship as they grew up. How does it affect them? Are they really creepy, or pretty much the same? Do they form some massive allied trio of power? No pairings necessary, but if you want to, do throw some in. especially creepy Americest or RusAme

I'd prefer a serious fill, but I will still love crack if it's well written.
