US/UK – The Silent Treatment

Arthur has been giving Alfred the silent treatment lately and he doesn’t know why! No matter what he does, Arthur simply won’t say a word - at all. Alfred is utterly and completely confused, if not a little bit depressed. He thinks he did something to make Arthur mad at him so he sets out to figure out what it was and correct it. However, Alfred has no idea that the only reason Arthur is being silent is because he has injured his throat and it’s painful to talk.
Cue much misunderstandings, Alfred trying hard to make it up to Arthur and Arthur doing whatever he can to non-verbally tell Alfred the truth.
Bonus: Another nation (France, maybe?) knows what's wrong with England, but doesn't tell, instead enjoys all the misunderstandings.
