Through some accident (or not) America gets de-aged to colony age. But instead of reverting to colony mentality he maintains his adult one. When he realizes what's going on he acts like he's still a colony so England will take care of him again. Secretly, he loves England and this gives him the chance to feel loved back even if it's brotherly. Happy endings and fluff is preferable with some angst thrown in.

Bonus: America lets a few things slip (burgers, games, people he doesn't know yet) but England's too happy to notice

Bonus 2: England, thinking that America won't remember, talks to him about Adult!America
