The White House is reputed to be one of the most haunted places in the US. America has just kind of dealt with it for years, but whenever times get tough, he starts to notice more and more signs of ghosts. Since the economic crisis has upped the amount of paranormal activity, he finally caves in and begs England to take care of the ghost problem.
England goes in to investigate, only to find that the ghost America has been sensing is Abe Lincoln. He stuck around to look out for America after his death, and tries to do little things to comfort and encourage him when he's having a hard time. How things go from there is up to you.
Just looking for something bittersweet with America and one of his most loved presidents.

Forgot the bonus: Include the ghosts of any other former presidents or significant historical figures who also try to help America or just keep an eye on him.
Because it's been a hard time for America, and the ghost(s) want to do more to take care of him during times like that. Sorry if I'm not being clear enough here.
