I don't actually read this pairing a lot but this was pretty nice. Okay xD; maybe nice isn't the right word but you know what I mean. I like how you describe how the scar feels bigger than it is to China and then smaller after Russia touches it so much and sort of takes away its power over him. :D
... And whoah the end was creepy. I'm kind of disturbed. Mostly, I think, because you didn't even say what horrors the scarf hid... And with China not even realizing it's his neck at first...

I really like the way you portrayed Russia; he's definitely creepy but he's still got that childishness to him, also how you can tell how complicated their relationship is and how China is both scared and fascinated with Russia in even the short length of this piece.
Loved the ending too; the fact that we don't get to know exactly what Russia's neck looks like makes it alternatively more horrifying and saddening. It's admittedly hard to say a lot about a short fill like this, but I think you captured the spirit of the prompt very well, anon (even though I'm not the OP). :)

Hot damn. Good job, anon. I haven't seen anything like this for this pairing, and the description of China's insecurities and how they waned was very, very nice. Excellent little flash of horror at the end, there, too.

I was deeply, deeply disturbed. It wasn't some "little flash of horror" at all, in my opinion. ._.
Something about the way Russia's scarf unwraps is reminiscent of the way China himself slowly but smoothly opened up during this fic, so maybe that was why the unstated terror that was Russia's nearly unidentifiable neck scared me so badly. That, and, of course, that it was so sweet up until then.
I'll be on the lookout for you, Anon! That was great stuff!

I love this. ;-; I love the way you described China's scar and Russia stroking it, and how you depicted the dynamics of their relationship.
And the end, so delightfully creepy, I love it.
