This fic took over and derailed on me, but I hope you guys like it anyway :)
Requester!anon, I'm not sure if I referenced the right naval incident. Sorry if it's the wrong one!Alfred’s eyes flutter closed with a soft moan of, “China

Holy shit, A!A, this is awesome! <3 I didn't think anyone could make me ship this, because canon!China gets too little time for him to be well-developed and interesting; but this? Your China really gives me the sense of age that I crave from him, and this is so bittersweet and inevitable-feeling.
Mm, and I love this line: They have not yet walked down the path of hate so far that they would not mercifully avert their eyes from the other’s love. <3

Y'know I'm so afraid of China >_>... They're love/hate is so sexy and a sort of more civilized Ru/Am. Good job anon I need more China/America in my life. I liked your interpretation of this pairing

Oooh, interesting. I like how you showed the shift in power and YES China getting pissed that other people don't call him by his real name. Or back in the day when Beijing was Peking because people thought all Chinese people spoke Cantonese.
Really lovely work here--America is lovely and China is lovely too, in a strange ancient and powerful way.

"Peking" is not Cantonese, it is Wade-Giles romanization which is only popular in Taiwan nowadays and in older books.
Anyway, A!A I congratulate you for a truly hot fic. As for the sinking, I doubt that Yao has that much control over N. Korea anyway(I am also a conspiracy believer).Yao thinks of the South China Sea as his area and he doesn't think it's fair that he can't poke around the Americas but Alfred can cruise around his place.
Also, I have a feeling if he wanted to hold a naval exercise in the South China Sea, he would do it without any notice...What a pity I have to live in this part of the world (;_;)
