Canada + Russia: Brothers in Evil

Okay this may sound silly, but basically Canada and Russia join forces as brothers against the other nations. Canada wants some matter of petty vengence against the world for failing to see him, and Russia's just being himself.

They can be actual brothers, or brothers in spirit or something similar. But you have to have Canada and Russia acting like brothers, even if it is just to piss their respective families off.
