US/UK- Trigger and safeword failure

America and England in a BDSM relationship, a healthy BDSM relationship. However, while experimenting with something new, it unexpectedly triggers a bad response from England while he’s in subspace, so much so that he can’t use the safeword. It’s up to anon why this is: he’s gone too deep, he’s finds himself incapable of speaking, he’s plain forgotten, whatever you want. However, America doesn’t initially realise what’s happened, and when he does it takes England some time to fully return.

Bonus: Aftercare for America as well as England. The guilt means America’s in need too.
