England finds out that America has ten mulitple personalities and all nine of them love him. However he knows it's not right and could only choose one (the Orignal)
The only catch? He must confront each personality until he could bring back the Original (the one he fell in love with), but that won't be easy considering he broke America's heart in the first place.
Bonus 1: Although England is very concerned, he's (guilty) absolutely turned on by the situation. Bonus 2: Unlike the other nine personalities, the Original really hates England Bonus 3: A happy ending (?)

Aside from drinking spiked tea, talking to his fairies was England’s favorite way to de-stress after a meeting. The fact that no one else could see them made them wonderful observers. And since it was easier to have little chats with them in between speeches than it was to make himself a proper drink, he spoke to them quite often. He had even developed an uncanny, radar-like ability to locate empty rooms so he could get to talk with his friends in private as fast as possible, for as long as possible. Yes, everyone gave him odd looks when he rushed out of the conference room during breaks, but they gave him odd looks anyway. They probably spoke about him behind his back, the bastards.
It was only fair that he spoke about them too. Really. And it was their fault anyway. He wouldn’t be able to insult them if they stopped being such complete idiots.
The blue fairy had just said something amusing about Russia’s pipe (honestly, the subject never got old, it was just so odd), and England was laughing with the rest of his friends when

It was simply ridiculous. He would certainly notice something as dramatic as that. Perhaps he could be a little scatterbrained at times, one of the perils of having so many memories to organize, but he would know if America, his America, had multiple personalities

America had eyes like the ocean, like the sky.
Her hair was amber, but almost dusty, too. Like wheat.
There were thousands of clichés to be applied to her, and England knew them all. Every single song the colonists who used to be his people had sung extolling her beauty was burned into his mind. He had even written some of them, although he had remained anonymous. Now every song seemed a little bit tainted to him, because his feelings for her were different. She was still young, even though she protested and claimed she was an adult, so he could not think of her in the way he had for... God only knew how many years now.
But it wasn’t like it was difficult. Maybe she didn’t do it on purpose, but her attractiveness was undeniable. Most of the time, she was at least covered up respectably, but he could still see her. It was especially easy to see the motion of her body under her clothing when her deceptively delicate-looking arms were gesturing in accompaniment to her latest harebrained scheme. She had very nice arms. And,
