Russia and Canada share a dirty secret. They are Justin Bieber fans. They have his cd's, have seen the 3D movie too many times to count, and probably have bedsheets of him.
And then... someone finds out.
Bonus: If said person is Netherlands or Prussia, who then reluctantly admit they share the fever.
Double Bonus: If you somehow include both Netherlands and Prussia. You can totally have Netherlands nurse his trauma with his special brownies if you want.
This anon wouldn't mind if smut was somehow worked in, although anon is sure that that would take considerable talent with this one, so it isn't a requirement.

This fill has made me like Justin Bieber. I blame 'Baby'. Oh, and smut is coming, but Netherlands is not. Sorry.
Canada pressed his hand to his chest. “Baby, baby, baby -- oh!” He took a deep, short breath before belting: “Like baby, baby, baby -- no! Like baby, baby, baby -- oh! I thought you’d always be mine, mine!”
“When I was thirteen, I had my first love.” Russia whirled around hands splayed. Canada wondered idly where he got the pink shutter shades. “There was nobody that compared to my baby and nobody came between us or could ever come above.” How the nation was able to jerk in his socks on carpet was still a mystery, but it was really cool. “She had me goin' crazy -- oh I was starstruck.”
Canada jumped down from the bed to drop into an only slightly awkward back and forth shimmy, as Russia matched Ludacris’s lyrics perfectly, with a very heavy accent:
“She woke me up daily -- don't need no Starbucks. She made my heart pound and skip a beat when I see her in the street and...at school on the playground.” Russia jumped

From the bedroom, they heard the vague sounds of the door to Russia's apartment slamming and heavy footsteps through the halls. “I saw an actually half-decent car in your driveway, so I figured it must be Canada so...Where the fuck are you?”
Canada smiled warmly at Russia and walked across the room. Russia flailed after him. “In here Prus--mmph!”
Russia dragged the North American back to his laptop. “Nyet!” Russia hissed. “He cannot come in here!”
Canada managed to wrestle away. “Why?”
