England and America are in love and their relationship is going surprisingly well, except for one detail.
America is an extremely selfish lover and has a tendency tog get himself off, pull out, kiss England goodnight, roll over and fall asleep. Thus leaving England unsatisfied and forced to take care of his erection on his own.
Somehow, France finds out.
And since being a selfish lover is one of the biggest sins according to the nation of love, he decides to slap some sense into America (metaphorically or literally is up to the author). (Maybe because while he knows his feelings for England may be unrequited, that too is up to the author.) But he's not going to stand by idle while England suffers.
Bonuses:
1. England doesn't say anything because he's afraid it'll be a deal breaker and that America will leave him.
2. Smut. Both before the intervention with unsatisfied England and after with very satisfied England
