Greece, self-conscious about his constantly disheveled hair and clothes, undergoes a makeover to straighten his hair and wear sharp suits, believing that the neat and orderly Japan will find him more attractive like this.
Except that it turns out Japan liked the sexily disheveled Greece who wasn't even making an effort to be sexy. He demonstrates this to Greece by mussing up his hair and clothes a lot during sex.
Bonus: Everyone else finds this neat Greece to be sexier than the normal one and lavishes him with attention, which causes Japan's inner green-eyed monster to come out.
