US, France, Japan -> England - Consensual 4 Way

This prompt was inspired by a picture, but I can't find it now. It essentially showed the other three being all grabby/clingy to England all at once.

So I want a sort of rivalry between the three for England. Here's the thing, though. What I'd like is for 2 nations to simply be in lust with him, while 1 is truly in love. (Who is who is writer's choice) They eventually consent to a one-night 4 way, but cuz I'm a sap, I'd like it to end with England and the nation who truly loves him getting together.

Bonus 1: England is the only one who bottoms in the four way. So, yes, he'd do it 3 times in a row.
Bonus 2: There are a few Dub-con moments when the one of the nations lusting for England get a little too forceful, but they're always interrupted by the other two before they get too far.
Bonus 3: The other two nations suddenly realize cuz of the 4-way that the other one is hot and hook up. This suprisingly works out very well.

I'm going to hell for this prompt, aren't I? XD
