It started with a broken window. He'd been actually taking a break that day, engrossing himself in a novel, and letting the troubles of the world - or atleast the nation - fall away for a few hours. That was when a football crashed through his window

Arthur wasn't at all certain it was the right thing to do, but it seemed so important to the younger boy, it was hard to say no. "It can be our secret. But, I can't let you just bust the window and walk away. Not much of a life lesson in that, is there

Suddenly Lewis's breakdown made more sense. His claim that he didn't want to be sent away because he was bad. "Oh..." He hoped he'd done the right thing, with the window, and keeping it a secret. He didn't want to make things harder. Then what she'd said about Ethan sorted it out as well. "Ethan is

no lj, that deanon was not funny
Aaaah all my maternal instincts and my anxiously ticking biological clock are going wild! I loved Arthur in this, but then again I loved them all - your OCs feel very real and act naturally and Arthur´s dere-ness isn´t overdone, yet endearing. I have a feeling this will be a great story.
As a fellow writer I know the wonderful feeling when the research gets much more interesting than one originally thought. I wish you a lot of fun with this and waiting patiently for an update.

Why did I not see this early?
This is excellent! I have always liked reading fics where England interacts with humans. And him-- Mr. Kirkland-- telling stories about his 'ancestors' to his kid neighbors?

Aaah! How did I not see this before?
I really love this fic anon. It's such a giddy fluff overdose and I am immensely enjoying every second of it. The boys are so sweet! I hope you haven't dropped this because I'd be happy to see more of them, and find out how this tale ends.
I love that the boys took such an interest in the numerous artefacts lying around his home, that must be one hell of a house. When he promised not to get the boys into trouble I was legit grinning.
