America and England are in a loving relationship until America begins to show signs of an alternate personality. This 'other' Alfred repeatedly abuses and humiliates England both physically and sexually. England can't bring himself to tell America what he's doing to him, because whenever America is himself he's concerned and angry and swears revenge on whoever's hurting his lover. England also can't leave because the 'other' America is too unpredictable and he doesn't want America to get hurt somehow. This progresses for some time, and England reaches the end of his tether.
Bonuses: 1) The other America makes England crawl everywhere when he's in the house. 2) A happy ending, somehow? (dunno how but I'd love it if you could?) 3) England being collared (orz I have a fetish).

“Damn,” Arthur muttered, scratching his head and glaring at the charred remains of what was supposed to be a romantic home cooked dinner. He poked a fork at the overcooked meat then sighed heavily and turned off the stove. Maybe if he covered it in enough sauce Alfred wouldn’t notice how badly it was burnt

A month passed and Alfred never brought up the wall incident. Arthur shrugged it off and went to the store to buy plaster and paint to fix up the crack

'Dark grey eyes?'
Does this mean this personality is related to the Confederacy? True Southerners don't all believe in everything the Confederacy espoused anymore, so they're part of America's regular personality, I tend to think, but the part that liked slavery maybe..
