French Vanilla- Part 1 a/??

There are some things in life that just can’t be replaced. There are some things in the world that just can’t be changed. Like clockwork, Canada started his day with a medium double-double.
“Would you like a donut for 10 cents with that coffee?”
Ah… That was music to his ears. He could never leave without his maple-spread donut either.
As he moved to the side to receive his donut, America stepped up to the register and started to order. They liked their coffee the same way.
A baby-faced girl called to get his attention, “Monsieur, voudriez-vous un donut pour dix cents de plus?”
“Uh. Ok I heard donut.”
“Just say yes,” Canada shot at America, who stammered a curt “oui.” At least he also had the decency to thank the girl.

Matthew’s face burned like a beet, and his heavy coat suddenly felt altogether too warm. He drew his scarf over his nose to hide his embarrassment and anger- he’d show Francis!“J’ai faim. On peut manger quelque chose

“Humph.” Francis put the coffee to the side and never touched it again.
Well. That didn’t go very well. Matthew was somewhat insulted, and even the chilli turned to paste in his mouth. He had to push down an intense urge to point at the huge line up at the register and yell, ‘don’t you see that this is exactly the charm of Montreal?’But instead he asked, “what’s going on with you and Arthur? I thought you two always room together

Continue vite.
Aww, this has a really great start~! I love the brotherly interaction and the narrative about Tim Hortons. It's obvious you really know your stuff, I'm guessing you're a Canadian-anon, possibly Quebecois? The feel is just right.
Honestly, all I can say for this prompt is that I had a Timbit, it was delicious and I wanted Canada convincing France with it. Smut with assorted Tim Hortons food, smut sans food, no smut, I don't mind. Whichever filler wants. :)
And yeah, I don't mind failed!FrUk at all. It's certainly shown up in quite a few of my own France/Canada stuff, and I like the pairing, so it's all good~
Please continue, when you aren't swamped with life, or something ♥

You're putting my Freench to the test and I love it! I had just recently been asking about the difference between French-French and Québécoise. So nice to see it actually used and you had my headcannon that it annoys france like America's English annoys England too!
One day I will go to Canada just to try Tim Hortons'. <3
Through any means possible.
