Pretty much what it says on the tin: Russia and Canada are in a relationship with each other, but want to keep it secret because they don't want to deal with America being pissed off about it. At the same time, America and Ukraine are together and also keeping their relationship a secret; they're worried about with Russia would do if he found out, and they don't want to risk HIS anger.

Meanwhile, their relationships are completely obvious to everyone else who all think the situation is completely hilarious.

Bonus 1-America and Ukraine are disgustingly adorable and domestic together.
Bonus 2-Canada and Russia have some weird kinks (although nothing like scat or vomit, please).
