China + dragon, hurt/comfort after severe trauma.

China, injured to the brink of death, is nursed back to health by his dragon boss. Hurt/comfort in a parent-child type relationship; the dragon's the only one with whom China can let himself be that vulnerable. Lots of crying and cuddling, then angry protesting from China ("I'm four thousand years old, I can stand up on my own! ... no I can't" ):) And the dragon tucks him into bed with his cuddly toys. I'd rather the injuries weren't directly/intentionally inflicted by another nation-tan, but indirect harm from war or natural disasters, harm by humans, or severe accidents are fine. Illness could also work, though I'd prefer injury

Well, OP, I struggled a bit with the beginning, so I hope it’s okay. I decided to give the boss a name, which means, roughly, ‘Dragon Boss’ in Chinese. I do not speak Chinese, so I have done my best, but it may or may not be the proper way to say the name

I hope you don't mind that it's not quite your story it's drawn from, OP, but it is from the same area and time frame.

As for the Changsha reference, in that area around 1927, there was a massacre of Communists, as there also was in a lot of other areas. All of this was kicked off by Chiang Kai Shek's Shanghai Massacre, where he had about 300 Communists executed. Many more went missing. It basically started the split in the Kuomintang.

Waah *sniffle* I love it! Looking forward to more. Don't worry about the details not being exactly the same as mine, this is awesome. (Though I would prefer that, if Japan shows up, he's just as pissed off about his brother being hurt as my portrayal was, not actively involved in the harm. But if he doesn't show up at all that's not a problem either.) Poor China :(

I'm glad someone decided to fill this request! I liked it a lot when I first red it, but to be honest, I didn't have many hopes :P
