America/England + France - "it was always meant to be him and me."

America and England finally get together. Various people react in different ways, but France's reaction confuses people. He's aloof, annoyed, acting indifferent. England was expecting him to poke fun. He doesn't care all that much, but America gets curious/annoyed himself and asks France. France admits this: while he and England never liked each other, they were always the most important person to one another, and France believed they were destined to wind up together because of that. Then America turned up, and promptly stole that place out from under him.

Take it from there. Please keep America/England together; France can be paired with someone else if you wish, but I'd rather not he be paired with Canada (no offense to the pairing, I just... can't see it).

Bonus: Russia... appearing. Not in a shippy way; just that he was very important to America as an enemy figure for a long time.

I feel this may have been requested before. And is badly worded. Um, sorry? *sweatdrop*
