Setup: Part of the reason I don't like "evil WW2-Japan rapes his sibs" fics is that he always seems to get away with it. Part of the reason I don't usually like "punishment" torture fics is that the victim never seems to have done anything really worthy of such torture. The two problems can solve each other, yep?

So, evil!Japan is incapacitated post-war, and he's earned something really horrific which his siblings are only too happy to dish out. Namely, vivisection. I'd rather nobody stuck their dicks in him (raping someone as punishment for committing rape is kind of un-funnily ironic), but anything else you want to stick anywhere in him is go. If Korea's involved, he giggles in an adorable-creepy way throughout.

Bonus: good!Japan is a separate character, maybe the 1P version while Evil is 2P, who is horrified at the mere thought of committing rape (morality aside, it requires too much body contact) and while he can't actively join in because he's, well, good!Japan, he is grimly satisfied at his copy's fate.
