Japan's not the only one who didn't apologise properly for war crimes, nor even the most recent one, yet he's the one the fandom seems to focus on. Spread it around a bit, guys.
I must admit I vastly prefer fics where the -tans actually want to apologise but their governments won't let them. I'm open to whatever scenario you want, but I do like the idea of Japan snapping and verbally whaling (excuse unfortunate possible pun) on either other nations or the fans for focusing only on him.
