Via some cruel twist of fate England has been turned into a woman(or it can start as fem!England). What I want to see is fem!England having really bad PMS to the point she(he?) feels physically nauseated and sick. America, never having to really deal with these issues before freaks out trying to make it better.

Bonus: Moodswings(clingy, upset, pissed off)
Bonusx2: England throws up on America (feel free to ignore this entirely if its not your thing)

HAHAHAHA, I love this idea! Mind a little past pregnancy being involved? The only reason I could think of for England to be that bad off and not medicated was that he's breastfeeding... which is supposed to keep the, well, mother from getting her period, but doesn't always.

Still debating if England's all female or got turned intersex for the pregnancy. Part of the debate is because I'm not sure how wearing a pad would work if he's only got some extra parts instead of having lost one. XD Why yes, I do get hung up on weird details...

This looks interesting... Another idea for being in pain without being medicated ( though feel free to tear this to pieces, stamp on them and chuck them) is that 1. Some people experience worse and worse PMS the older they get, England, depending on which storyline, could of had periods for a frightfully long time and the pain may have just grown exponentially. 2. Pain medications generally lose their edge after a while, this can be as little as months or years.
Yes I also get hung up on small details, we should make a club and have a party!

There are those who are unable to take birth control to help or those who simply do not wish to muck around with their hormones. I can see England taking that stance, possibly. There are also ladies who suffer extra pain during their periods because of a problem with something else, like anaemia, hypoglycemia or hypo-tension (low blood pressure). Something like "The Pill" doesn't help with those, because they aren't hormone problems.

Previous anon is SO right about pain meds. Can I join your club?

I knew about the downsides to both painkillers and hormone treatment, but I figured (partly from what friends have said) that either route would just lead to a fic where England was too sick and/or doped up to get out of bed, which can be hard to make interesting. This way he's up and about, and already quite cranky from sleep deprivation. XD

Oh God I just found this prompt but I really hope Potensial filler anon is still around, it looks interesting. As for little details I have Anemia and really struggle every month as most medications do little to help. At the same time I don't feel like wasting my time so generally spend a day lying in agony and the next five pushing through. Anyway that's just random perspective. However this is filled it will be awesome.

Totally different potential author here wondering if OP wants the fem!England nyotalia design or if an alternative interpretations would be acceptable? Either way is fine, just let me know. "Via some cruel twist of fate England has been turned into a woman" is what I'm going to be working with. Also, do you have a preferred name for fem!England?

I'm not a big fan of the nyotalia England design with the twin tails (I'll just use that if you like though--it's no problem). I mostly wanted a better idea of what OP thought for appearance.

Sorry this took so long. Life gave me a kick. It took me ages to come up with a title. In the process of writing this fill it took on a live of its own and I'm trying to tame it. What does England look like...much like himself, but a bit more feminine? Honestly, I couldn't find a pictures that looked quite like what I had envisioned. :/ All in all, I just wanted to get something up for this fill, finally.
