Something triggers England to burst into tears during/after a meeting and America has to comfort him. The whole stiff upper lip notion being broken and the concept that bottling up feelings can make them stronger. Human or nation names welcome.

Bonus: If whatever triggers him to start crying is something really small and insignificant ( EU fishing policies)
Bonus: He tries to hide the crying.
Bonus: There is a quote going around that crying is not a sign of weakness but of strength and that someone has been strong for far too long. If this idea could somehow be incorporated I would love you.
