Something along the lines of:
America and England like watching each other have sex with other nations/people. Sex of the dirty porny kind steeped with power play more than the equal loving kind.
England gets really hot and bothered watching America dominate others, and even likes to give tips and help him and pull strings. Emphasis on America being his heir on the throne of global politics. (occasionally he might like it the other way round, but mostly he doesn't like the idea of america being beholden to anyone else)
America likes... well you can take some leeway with this. But honestly? I kind of want to see him whoring a sardonic but willing england out and getting off on it. *clears throat* But I'd think he's likes to see the other way around just as much, as long as he's assured of England's allegiance.
They both rather like joint ventures, too.
