Princess. Well he was certainly acting like a spoilt little one, that was for certain. Maybe that was what Alfred really meant when he called him that name. It made more sense that way, actually. Now that he thought about it.
Sighing heavily, making that small ache in his chest thump slightly, he pocketed the phone again and determinedly walked to his lounge, set on sitting down and enjoying some classic literature. That was a pain he still did not want to deal with, one that had been hidden, almost dormant, but never quite; for a little over three hundred years now.
Time flies when you're having fun, Arthur thought sarcastically as he settled down on a cushy chaise, a good old leather bound book now in his hands.
He was somewhere warm and safe. Somewhere where the edges of reality were blurred and strong,loving arms embraced him, wrapped around his waist and held him close. A small tapping sound that grew louder with each second disrupted his moment of bliss. It was incessant and growing louder with every tap. Arthur

Blushing despite himself, regretting it immediately afterwards, he yelled " Nothing is up! I called you by mistake!" In a quieter voice he continued, "I meant to call that French bastard, but I pressed the wrong button. You shouldn't have come over."
Alfred looked surprised and taken aback for one whole second before that grin was back on his face. "Okay." he said simply, shrugging nonchalantly. "Accidents happen. I'm here now anyway so looks like you're stuck with a guest for a while." He added as he brought his feet up onto the arm of the couch, lying back compliantly,lacing his fingers behind his head.
Arthur let out a 'hmmph' that could have been taken for anything, not moving from his position. Normally he would offer a guest tea, scones, or whatever other food was available at the time. He prided himself on being a good host. But in this case he was willing to make an exception and do everything in his power to make sure Alfred got absolutely nothing to eat while on his little visit.

.w.'' Lol lol, am glad you, and other anons, liked it. Though I don't think I did justice to the sheer cuteness that is the song/video. I tried to stick to the exact theme of the song, and as far as I'm concerned, that song is not full unless you listen to the other half. (Plus, knight!Alfred is just a yes? )
(&& I mostly gave up writing fics in favour of my own original stories to be honest...Which I've yet to do, damn.) This really took all urge out of me to write any more fics though lmao so back to lurking for me.
