Russia/Latvia - Latvia has always been Russia's soldier and loved him, as well as received Russia's love in both sane and warped ways. He's seen Liet unable to stand up to him and just take everything Russia does to him. One day he happens to be the unfortunate receiver of Russia's mad wrath because of a small mistake he makes, and it almost looks like he won't make out of it alive because of his terror and fear of what Russia is now, but Latvia isn't Liet, and realizes that somewhere, the Russia he loves is still inside and acts upon trying to reach out to him...
(Anon would really like to see Latvia stand up to him even in a state of weakness and abuse, to which Russia actually ends up acknowledging and comforting him with sincere regret and apology. And Latvia realizing how much he misses how Russia used to be
