For some reason - I have the urge to see America with chibi!England. I don't really care how it happens - AU where England's the colony and not America, fairy magic, wacked out science/alien abduction or a 'revolt' or something that catapulted Arthur back to childhood/infancy - either way, I want to see their roles being reversed for once!

Role Reversal
It had not been a good day for Canada. Someone had decided a conference should be held to discuss ways to deal with problems caused by this latest recession. He’d arrived ten minutes late due to bad traffic to find Sealand masquerading in his place again. After the boy had been sent out sulking into the hallway, and a further five minutes into the meeting, Russia had started using his chair as a footstool while he was still in it. Since no one was paying any attention to what he was saying anyway, Canada decided not to object (besides, it was Russia after all…) Now he was back home. After being greeted only by Kuma with his usual ‘Who?’, he’d taken the bear over to the window and was now staring mournfully out over the Canadian landscape.
