Spain somehow reverts to Inquisition!Spain, and gets it in his mind to literally torture the hell out of a predominantly catholic nation who he feels is espousing "heretical views."
Wikipedia: ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Catholicism_by_country ) tells me that possible choices include Italy (90%), Poland (89.8%), France (83%), Seychelles (82.3%), Lithuania (79%), Hungary (76.56%), Liechtenstein (76.2%), or Austria(76.3%).

The Inquisition, as an ecclesiastical tribunal, had jurisdiction only over baptized Christians. The Inquisition worked in large part to ensure the orthodoxy of recent converts.
