Germany/N.Italy, military discipline type stuff (bootlicking, riding crops, leather gloves, blahblah you know the drill, Anon likes keywords). Well, they do spend a lot of time in those uniforms, right?
Tone is up to the author, but bonus points for lighthearted fun turning a bit too dark and controlling.

I used country names for names, but when they speak to each other they use human names. I like their human names but wasn't sure how people liked them being used, so I compromised ( ... )
