Because I like my Hong Kong, who I like to call Michael when Arthur is talking about him, and Bai Chaojing when Yao is talking about himYou sit, still and silent, on a low couch, and can hear them speaking through the thinness of the door to your left. Wang Yao is intense and quiet, and you can almost see him, the look he must be wearing. Arthur Kirkland is no less quiet, and you can almost see the look on his face as well, that condescending expression he’s been wearing around you for the past hundred-fifty odd years

Your hands feel too tight, and when you look down at them, the fabric of your western slacks looks ready to tear at the knees. Then, while you cannot look, Yao gasps from the pain, and you hear the struggle between the two of them that ends with a skidding thump, and Yao goes off on a string of such aggressive swearing that you cannot begin to understand the words

Holy man! I'm late or school cause this was so good. I've just reread it about 3000 times. The use of the second person narrative is quite impressive and actually flowed very well.
