Russia as the all-seeing director ("America-kun, please accept this car as a token of our new friendship!") and America as the unwitting player ("... 'Kay."). Action-scenes, car-chases, and bonus points if it's televised live and ends with a large explosion! It's a heist-movie in the making (and would be awesome if played out that way?)!
