England came to the belated realization that trying to deduce the diplomatic meaning of Japan's gift with America's help was not only an exercise in futility, but also utterly mortifying. The island nation had politely presented England the tote, bowed at the waist, and asked after Her Majesty's health/cited the pleasantly grey and wet weather/mentioned how cute he believed the royal dachshunds were...

Even after all the many centuries of formal acquaintance, England still wasn't quite sure if Japan really had been worried about the queen's health or if he just desperately wanted England to accept the gift.

Anon is glad ♥ China's engrish is just as, or possible even more fail than Japan's. Mostly because he manufactures more stuff and ergo has to print more fail instructions/labels for export.
