Russia/China, "You look good in red." <-- can go either way, Russia with Bloody Monday and Communism... China with Communism... (WITTY REPARTEE WOULD BE A PLUS? ♥)

((I'm assuming that you meant "Bloody Sunday" since that was the one that happened in Russia? I couldn't find a Bloody Monday in Russia, but I might have just missed it. *not really a big history person at all* >_< It's a bit obscure anyway, but hopefully it's okay ( ... )

Haha, 4000 year-old virgin ass! That did not create a beautiful imagery, and I love it. Damn, China is such a virgin. And your continuing usage of "hole" and burning vodka lube? HA!

Very entertaining~

Sorry for the prominent lack of any porn whatsoever and the fact that this barely even brushes upon the prompt (wtf flower language). And uh, sorry for the half-assed ending… I started running out of things to say. OTL

Takes place during the late 1950s.

floriography

Ivan, sitting behind him, winds the sunflower his hair and laughs: “It is the same color as your eyes,” he says, and Yao reaches upwards to tear away the offending flower, his face burning. How dare he humiliate him with this business of flowers and hidden meanings? (Besides, he sees no meaning in a blossom, no matter how much Ivan insists in this floriography, except that sunflowers are ridiculous flowers that know nothing more than to follow the sun’s path across the sky.) But Ivan’s hands are bigger, stronger, more sure, and his attempts at the smallest rebellion are subdued ( ... )

“Ah, you look nice,” Ivan says. “The flowers are very beautiful. I like… I like sunflowers.”

“I know, Ivan. I know,” Yao replies, but it is only partially in exasperation. The other half has the air of a parent to it, gentle and understanding because Ivan is a child in so many ways.

They are silent for some time. “The roses look the best on you,” Ivan offers. “The color red… you look good in red,” and Yao is surprised at the words, almost as surprised as when Ivan comes to rest on top of him, the side of his face crushing the tall sunflower’s bloom that sits on the back of Yao’s head.

He cannot offend - that is what his leader has told him, so he will not scream or rage, because their relations are already strained as it stands; what between Khrushchev and the nuclear program and American. So he tells himself that he does not - he does not - enjoy the moment, feeling wanted and maybe even a little adored, and it for diplomacy’s sake that he doesn’t complain ( ... )

Not the OP anon, but this. THIS. YES to the Sino-Soviet relationship being all strained and leading to the messy, messy break-up. You incorporated history so well. Kudos!

I absolutely adored this! So much that I'm saving it onto my computer, which I rarely do these days. It has somewhat of a dream-feel to it, scented with flowers, sunshine, tea, warmth, grass, fresh air, paper... All the pretty things of childhood.

Thank you, Anon!
