I LOVE the way you wrote Russia~ I love the fact that he's so horrible to Lithuania not that I'm complaining, and just the fact that I can hear him sounding so happy about the whole thing.

I also love the detail you put into basically every sentence. Awesome job.

Seriously, I wish I could come up with something better to say, because this was exactly what I was looking for.

Oh, Liet, you tragic, tragic hero! I <3 you. Author!Anon, this was beyond good. It gripped my heart to read about Lithuania's suffering (as much as I guiltily enjoy it.) I wished I knew which time period this belonged to. I'm fairly bad when it comes to Eastern European history.

Ah, sorry, I'm terrible at remembering to footnote! The time period is the start of WWII - right after Russia basically tricked Lithuania into getting occupied.

This was a request that had the potential to go very wrong and you Writer!anon did a great job with it. This fic is one of my favorites, precisely because Lithuania is so tragic and brave and innocent and lovely. And because Russia is...,well Russia. Excellent job, anon. You grabbed my heart.
