Anon apologizes for the fail of this fill. Anon also prefers country names, but doesn't like using 'Italy' when both are present, so you get Veneziano/Romano.

“Sh-shit.” Romano’s eloquent word followed another quick tug on the hair to make sure it wasn’t just loosely caught. Unfortunately, it was wrapped tight around Germany’s button.

Needless to say, Germany was highly confused by this turn of events. He could understand Veneziano being bothered by a little hair pulling as he was somewhat of a wimpy person. Romano, however, always struck him as the stronger brother, loathe as Germany was to compliment him. And how did both of them even manage to get their hairs stuck on his uniform buttons?

A quick tug at both of the hairs produced small moans from the Italians. They didn’t exactly sound painful but more like the noises that kept coming from the conference room doors when they were locked tight. Germany’s hand quickly pulled away as did his whole body though that produced more panting and caused him to freeze

It was then a giggle finally escaped from behind the desk at the clichéness of the line. The jig was up, France had to flee or face the wrath of Germany. (That’s not to say he wouldn’t face it anyway, but Veneziano was sure to distract him for at least the rest of the day.) Ten minutes later he had called a meeting in the conference room and began telling the story.

“And so I fled for my life.” France finished the tale and sat down. The rest of the nations were mostly in shock, though there were a few that started eying the stray hairs of their neighbors. Germany and Veneziano had yet to return from their tryst and Romano was still hiding in Spain’s office trying to recover.

Then, Russia began to laugh. “They are such silly things. They know there are cameras in each office, yes?” There was a small scramble for the security room, but it was locked with panting and moans coming from inside. “Or maybe they knew there was one place without a camera.”
