I-I'm aware that this pairing is completely random and that songfics are dumb, but I really just want to see the two moe-iest characters of them all being wibbly together. ^^;;

Requesting OP has so much love for Anon who wrote this. I thought nobody would want to fill it (even other obsessive Tori Amos fans tend to dislike the song for being "cutesy") and now I have one of the sweetest fics on the Meme. I always saw "Baker, Baker" as being a song about blaming yourself for the happy ending that wasn't, but being unable to do anything but cling to your wish, and. Just. The image of that peaceful, sunny kitchen; how both of them are so much more broken than they let on to, but can't afford to let a few minutes of happiness slip past... this fic captures it perfectly.

I am trying my damndest to illustrate this, but I can't do it justice yet. Perhaps after finals end, I'll have something to post?
