This is just a silly goofy image spinning in my head... China/Canada or Canada/China. Argument /debate on whether polar bears or panda bears are better. Does not need to lead to smut, something cute and silly will make me happy

Anon apologizes ahead of time for possible over excessive use of "aru" and her rusty writing "abilities". Also, this fic isn’t slashy at all, but anon hopes it’s at least marginally enjoyable?

Canada looked frantically for his polar bear plush, turning up everything in the room. Someone replaced his stuffed polar bear with a stuffed panda as some sick joke. He sighed in frustration as he picked up the panda from under its forearms and stared at it. He supposed it was cute, but just wasn't the same. Actually, now that he thought about it, it did have an uncanny resemblance to his own.

He let out a yelp as he realized this panda was his polar bear, just with dyed panda spots. Then as if right on cue, China bounced into the room with an aura of satisfaction surrounding him; apparently he didn’t leave when everyone else did after the meeting. "Do you like it, aru? I made it cuter

The next day, upon hearing the doorbell, Canada lazily staggered from his breakfast and went to open the door. Canada rubbed his eyes and gawked at the large stuffed polar that sat on his doorstep. It was even bigger than him! Taped to its chest was a small note. Sorry for yesterday. Left you a gift inside to make up for it. Pandas are still better. Despite still being bitter over yesterday, he couldn’t stay mad at China for it. It was an impressive gift, much more than he’d expect from that cheapo.

Canada couldn’t help but jump into the bear giving it a hug like an excited child. He froze when he felt the bear hug him back.

“Wh-what is this!?” He struggled but the bear’s arms were too strong, “Ch-china! Where-?“
The bear’s head leaned down and said in that childlike voice impossible not to distinct, “Hello, Canada. How about some negotiations?”

I have no idea if Canadians line up to see pandas, but everyone does at the San Diego zoo, so I based it on that. >_

XD I KNEW it, China finally reveals his CHEAP side! This fanfiction was utterly adorable, by the way. I kind of sort of ship this pairing now, if only for the hilarious arguements.
