Basically, anon would like a Hetalia-style interpretation of Poland, Lithuania, and Germany's relations after WWI. Specifically, Lithuania/Germany with a side of Poland/Lithuania awkwardness or hatesex, if possible.
What was going on at the time was that Lithuania and Poland had a dispute over ownership of Vilnius, followed by Lithuania making overtures to Germany about fostering anti-Polish policies (of which Lithuania was instituting plenty of its own), at the end of which Germany turned around and stabbed the possibly naive Lithuania squarely between the shoulder blades.
Anon imagines it would look something like Lithuania and Poland having awful domestic disputes, and Lithuania turns to Germany as a means of getting "revenge" on Poland, but things kind of...get out of hand. (We all know how German-Polish relations ended up by the time WWII rolled around.)
