Hands appear on the back of his head and press him forward with deceptive gentleness until the broad, warm, slippery object is nuzzling against his teeth. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what’s going on, so he opens his mouth, licking and sucking obediently. There’s a sigh from above him; the first time the other has spoken since they began this game. He’s whispering the name of someone not present. The island wants to try to speak again - to communicate this plea for help that he’d promised his citizens he would. ( ... )

America returns to his Caribbean neighbor in a towering temper. This time Cuba’s dark skin is painted with new scars, and he’s limping a little, but his head is held high. America is glowing with fury. “How dare you?” he snarls, hands fisted in the front of the island’s shirt, making him think with irony that this is the first time in a while he has had the pleasure of being directly spoken to by the mighty superpower. “You were doing nothing,” he says stiffly, with just a hint of insolence. His respect for the larger nation has been waning steadily with the power of the government he installed in the other. Now he stands before him under a new leadership, demanding respect. “The government you gave me was corrupt, and you weren’t doing anything.” It takes a lot of self-control not to break into a whine at this point. What happened to the ‘protection’ he’d been promised not so long ago? “Things needed changing ( ... )

“You little whore,” a voice in his ear growls. It’s cruel and angry, and Cuba can’t help but wonder when the affection disappeared between them. “You fucking little whore, fucking commie. I bet you wish I was him, don’t you? You wanna be fucked by him, wanna feel his metal pipe up your ass, huh?” Cuba can’t think well enough to speak, can’t muster any thoughts to defend himself; he can’t even move to get up when America walks away, making clanking noises somewhere nearby. He must be concussed or something, he supposes idly, tasting the blood dripping down from his nose. It’s salty and metallic and sour ( ... )

He doesn’t know how long he stays bent over the table, not trusting his legs to support his weight. His breathing has slowed down considerably, but every time he tries to calm himself down he’ll move a tiny bit and the feeling of the metal inside him has his erection flaring back up again. Neither is he under enough control to try to rock his hips into climax, for fear that he might fall. So he’s trapped there, face smeared into his tears and blood and saliva and wrists aching, hoping that whoever finds him won’t be disgusted ( ... )

I love this so much. It's been a while since I read historical asshole!America, and this is excellent. I like the way you portrayed Cuba's feelings for America, so conflicted, painfully yearning for his acceptance and love but hating the treatment he receives, yet loving even that brutal attention and, at the same time, feeling deeply ashamed. nuanced, very nice.

America's complete insanity was very interesting! I liked mentions of his arrogance and his similarity to Russia's childishness...Russia, on the other hand, was very tender! I'm sure he was ecstatic to catch America mistreating another and confirming his suspicions about how evil capitalism isXD

Ah, thank you! :D Glad you're enjoying it so far. It's always so nice to hear detailed feedback about one's work. Cuba is interesting to work with, because he has such passion and conflict in his history.

America, really, is kind of an asshole a lot of the time, but in my mind he is very childish and naive about it. Much like Russia, indeed. (Except for when he descends into xenophobic paranoia, Red Scare-style.) But usually America is associated with the sweetness of a child, and Russia with the greed and thoughtlessness. And I wanted to reverse that. Later on, indeed, we will be seeing plenty about Communism versus Captialism, as Russia convinces Cuba to convert. 'Twill be fluffy.

Expect an update either later tonight or in the next few days. *salute*

Recaptcha tells me "reportedly canary". I'm not really sure what to say about that.

Cuba leans his head forward into Russia’s coat, inhaling his scent. It’s reminiscent of ice and snow, somehow, which is nice. (He could really do with some ice right about now.) Russia’s hand slides across Cuba’s stomach where his shirt has ridden up, making him grunt and close his eyes, then follows the line of his hip around onto his back. He reaches not down towards Cuba’s crotch, as he would've expected, but up to his still-bound wrists. The handcuffs are warm now, and wet with blood. Cuba pulls weakly at his wrists, making the handcuffs jingle ( ... )

Sorry, my muse took an extended holiday. I've hunted it down and brought it back, though. This should be second-to-last if everything goes as planned.

Gradually, Cuba relaxes and spreads his thighs for Russia to clean, although it makes his stomach sting a little. Russia’s hands on him are mild and clinical, but when Cuba looks down and sees his chocolate-dark manhood being handled by Russia’s large, pale hands, he blushes and feels his hips twitch helplessly.
