England/Baby!America angst

With the discovery of the Americas, the Europeans brought with them all of their diseases ("white man diseases") and this was a primary killer of the native people. Most notable was small pox, as the combination of deaths from diseases such as chicken pox, measles, ect. do not nearly equal the amount of deaths caused by small pox.

So my request is baby!America with small pox. It would be wonderful if it could include the start of the disease, middle, and RECOVERY as the plot is so depressing (hence why I can't understand why the hell I want this!!!! ;_;).
