Ok, so, Cuba thinks Canada needs to be more loose so he drags him to a party, with all the Caribbean countries in it! (Whooo soca and calypso~!)

Bonus:

-If Trinidad and Tobago are 2 major party sisters.
-If Jamaica is the loudest country (because they said so XD )
-If the USA feels left out and tries to sneak in.
