Ordinarily, no one paid any attention to the flier announcements tacked up on the message board in the front foyer of the high school. The Student Council had come just short of writing SEX! on the top of pages to catch the eyes of passers by. But for once, without working blue, the papers attracted, proclaiming that the school's Talent Show was next week and encouraging students to sign up on a clipboard posted underneath.
Alfred spotted the bold faced word 'Talent' and was beside it in a second with a pen in his hand. While putting a dramatic line over the J in Jones, a nasally British voice whined by his shoulder, "You're not really signing up for that, are you?" Alfred stood up straight and looked down on the eyebrows of Arthur Kirkland
