Anon thinks that these two countries has some interesting historical ties between them, even if indirectly. So, here's a scene: Estonia and Finland (somehow) get a bit tipsy -- so they start to talk a bit about their families and realise that they have a few things in common. Even if Sweden takes/took good care of Finland, Sweden also has to deal with his Scandinavian!brothers. Estonia doesn't really fit in with his brothers, and probably ends up the most lonely, since at least Latvia has Sealand and Lithuania has Poland.
Obviously, both of them have spent time with Russia.
